A Better Smile in 10 Weeks – 18 Months
Consultation
As a leading provider of Invisalign® aligners in Austin, the dentists at Lydian Dental on Lamar are highly trained to examine the structure of your teeth and determine the best treatment for you. If you are a candidate, we’ll start you on that journey. If not, we’ll recommend a great orthodontist for you.
Planning
After evaluation, we used specialized iTero® software to create 3D scans of your teeth (no more gooey impressions!) and create a treatment timeline. This will tell us the number of trays needed to create a beautiful smile, and we’ll discuss estimated costs too.
Fabrication
Once we have teh 3D scan, a treatment plan is in place, and costs reviewed—we’ll send that information to the Invisalign lab and your custom aligner trays will be created over the next 2-4 weeks.
Start Treatment
Once your aligners are ready, it’s time to pick them up and begin your treatment! It is very important that you wear these aligner trays at least 20-22 hours every day for the treatment to work. You’ll start with a new set of aligners every two weeks.
Check-Ups
We customize your check-ups depending on the treatment length and your personal schedule to make it as simple and easy as possible.
Finish Treatment
Most patients that we see now have their new smile within 6-12 months! It’s such a great feeling we know! You can continue to wear your last tray occasionally to maintain the results of your new smile from the team at Lydian Dental.
